tonite i went to the newish "eastern buffet" over off forest drive. its like the walmart of buffets. and i mean that in the best possible way. alongside the typical shit they have: a somewhat frightening seafood buffet with whole prawns and octopus salad. fully stocked sushi booth where they make your shit to order. a hibachi grill! and best of all, a fucking noodle bar. i refuse to believe that this sort of thing is typical in other towns because i would be gone tomorrow to whatever gleaming city of heaven that could top eastern buffet.

and i do realize i talk about food alot on here. food is seriously always maybe the best part of my day. definitely the biggest decision i make on a daily basis is where to eat.

today i peeped my timecard at work and realized that i've worked like fifteen out of the last sixteen days. sort of alarming! and maybe the reason behind my recent inconsistent and unforeseen streaks of reclusiveness. normally i can plan when i want to go sit in front of my computer and listen to mp3z, avoiding direct and indirect human contact. lately it just sort of happens and theres nothing i can do about it.

nyc trip update! and rough draft of festivities: st patricks day. no fun fest (wolf eyes, thurston moore, smegma, no neck blues band, prurient, john wiese, jim o'rourke, and a truckload of other noise weirdos). growing + orthrelm. and last but not least, ANNIE SWEDISH SYNTH POP DIVA SUPREME. and yknow, whatever else happens to be going on.
